These two daughters of Broad Brush provided a one-two punch for owner/breeder Robert E. Meyerhoff when Broad Gains (outside-E. Prado) and Tennis Lady (rail-A. Seefeldt) left the field behind and came to the wire as one in the 1993 Twixt Stakes at Pimlico.
Grade 3 winner Broad Gains won or placed in 14 of her 23 starts while G3T winner Tennis Lady won or placed in 8 of her 27 starts, with 6 of these coming on turf. Tennis Lady is the dam of the Maiden Special winner, Net Jumper, who broke his maiden in his second start (see The Concern Connection page).
