Trainer John Forbes caught Julie Krone off guard as he hosed down both his horse and rider after Amarillo's victory in the 1 1/4 miles $500,000 Delaware Handicap for Phantom House Farm on Sunday, July 26th.

Amarillo, a four year old bay filly by Crafty Prospector out of the Apalachee mare, Popachee, led longshots Tuxedo Junction, Timely Broad and One Rich Lady across the wire ahead of the heavy favorites, Champion Ajina and the previously unbeaten Relaxing Rhythm.
